I just finished sketching all 32 pages of my kids book, once I sketch the cover I'll be ready to tackle it digitally head on!!!

When my birthday rolls around, I'm upgrading to ProCreate, tablet and all. Krita's nice and all but it lacks in features that I'm looking for. Can't wait till my birthday for this.

I finally know what I want to do with Colin as a character than just a mascot. I intend to make a little comic series about him having fun little adventures WoY style, except he annoys the bad guys on purpose for trying to mess with him. As for who he meets along the way, well, the black sheep isn't the only animal associated with something considered negative and I'll just leave it at that. I think I'll also flip back and forth between humorous and serious moods as the comic progresses: start out fun loving, then get serious for a while while having humor breaks between the serious stuff as it goes. I really hope this turns out great.

I'm almost finished sketching out the kids book I've been working on. Excluding the cover, I just need to sketch out 8 more pages and I'm ready to work on the coloring. I think I'm gonna try go for a childish crayon drawing look, maybe it would add to the charm. Also, I'm working on some characters for Mutants and Masterminds, this way I don't get rusty in certain areas, and maybe learn some new tricks. Once I'm done with the kid's book, I'll finally get to working on my commissions business. Thanks for taking time out of your day to read this, hope your day turns out wonderful.

Happy Independence Day everyone! Make sure you have fun responsibly, and don't get drunk at the celebrations, people want to drive home safe at night this day.

Bad News: We. . . didn't get the house. We ran into so many problems to get it. At first we thought it was the devil doing his damnedest to prevent us from receiving a blessing. But it turns out, God saw something wrong with the house that we didn't. But we. . .mostly I, was so focused on getting the house, He had to drop the metaphorical holy anvil of ACME on mother and I, TWICE. Once was a tree that split in two that blocked our driveway, preventing us from meeting our financier, then the investors of the loan thought we couldn't be trusted with repairing the house. As a result, we had to drop it, and I was utterly devastated that we had to.

Good News: Going through all of this helped us to get our finances together. During the process of trying to get this house, we had SO MANY issues with our financial documents. Perhaps it was best mother and I chased that house, otherwise we hadn't even noticed the fact our financial organization was such a mess. It's not even total loss, seeing as how the housing prices are starting to drop again, thank YHWH this house wasn't our last chance. Lastly, this just means there's gonna be a house even BETTER than this one. Just gotta be patient for a little while longer.

Our Lord and Father is THE greatest! A year ago this month, my mother and I were evicted from our rental home, it was around the time I joined this site. We looked for a house for the entire year, staying at a client's place, praying to YHWH for the best home possible. Now, as of today, we're in contract to a home we found, and closing is in a month. The Lord has answered our prayers, and we can't wait to move in at long last! ;u; I'm sorry I never talked about this during my stay, but I didn't want to come across as some attention hog or something.

As I'm working on this project of mine for the Lord, I get the feeling that you guys want to see SOMETHING from me at least. So, I wanna know: Do you guys want a sneak peak at what I'm working on?

You may not see me post art for a while, I'm going on a bit of a hiatus. There's something I gotta do for the Lord, to thank Him for my talents, and for helping me get on the right path. Don't worry, I won't be gone too long.
